Hi! My name is Daisy,

I am originally from New York’s Lower East Side, but spent many formative years in Downtown New Orleans. I returned to NYC to study and graduated from The New School’s Eugene Lang College earning my B.A. in History + Minor in Gender Studies (May 2017).

Throughout college, I contributed to academic initiative The New Historia and volunteered for The Berkshire Conference of Women Historians. I continued work in fashion which I knew from my parents (design assist, modeling, styling, photo, costume), explored a few internships (web editorial, PR, communications), and ventured into the world of boutique hospitality and lifestyle curation (The Broome, Rachel Soleil). Outside of school and work, I always returned to my Yoga practice.

In June 2017, I completed Yoga Vida’s 200HR Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program where I had the pleasure of studying anatomy with T. Maltz, prenatal with S. Moriarty, philosophy with R. Lindsay, Bandhas with G. Donahaye, Iyengar with A. Vitolo, and Hatha with K. Douglass. Shortly thereafter, I began to teach privately and have continued studies at Wild Lotus in NOLA.

I am passionate about issues that have to do with women’s health and histories and love reading, writing, organizing, photography, astrology, tarot, good food & drink, and well-made goods. I have traveled within the US and outside to Mexico, Costa Rica, England/ UK, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia and Thailand. I aspire to become a midwife in order to work with women so they may claim their innate power at all stages in the cycles of life.
